Driving Directions
From North: Take 150 S to State Rte 637/Hopkins Rd exit. Turn right onto Hopkins Rd. Continue for 4 miles, and then turn right at the stop sign to remain on Hopkins Rd. Continue for 0.4 miles. At the stop sign, turn right onto 145 W (Centralia Rd) and continue for 0.2 miles. At the light, turn left onto Chalkley Rd. Continue on Chalkley Rd for 2.3 miles until you reach the intersection at Rte 10 (Iron Bridge Rd). Turn left onto Rte 10 E, then turn right into Chalkley Place Professional Center (by Firestone). Drive straight back toward Goodwill. Our office is on the left.
From South: Take 95 N towards Exit 61B (Rt 10 W Chester). Merge onto Rt 10 and continue 4.3 miles until you reach the light at Chalkley Rd. Make a left at this light. (Patient First is on the corner) Once on Chalkley, take the first left between Patient First and American Family Fitness. Our office will be straight ahead to the right, just past Goodwill.
From East: Take 295 S towards exit 15B (Rt 10 W Chester) Continue 9.2 miles until you reach the light at Chalkley Rd. Make a left at this light. (Patient First is on the corner) Once on Chalkley, take the first left between Patient First and American Family Fitness. Our office will be straight ahead to the right, just past Goodwill.
From West: Take 288 S to Rt 10 E (Ironbridge Rd- Chesterfield) Continue 4.1 miles toward Chalkley Rd. Just past that intersection, turn right into Chalkley Place Professional Center (by Firestone). Drive straight back toward Goodwill. Our office is on the left.
